As we entered Autumn, I had lots of frozen chokeberries (aronia) left and decided on Aronia (Chokeberries) Smoothie for my morning routine. It has this sweet and sour taste and I just feel like I’m in heaven once it touches my taste buds.

Ingredients:
1 banana
1 cup of frozen Aronia
1/2 cup of oat milk
Method:
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Serve in a bowl with 1/2 sliced banana, chia seeds, and gluten free mini brownies. Enjoy!
