Ingredients:
1 banana
1/2 cup of pineapple
1/2 cup of homemade carrot ginger juice
1 cup of leafy green
1tsp of spirulina powder
1 bag of @vitaliamk energy mix
Method:
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve in a bowl with sunflower, flaxseed, pumpkin seeds, and dried cranberries. Enjoy!
