Ingredients:
½ cup of organic oat flakes
2 cups of water
1 cup of soya vanilla milk
2 tablespoons of flaxseeds
2 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons of black maca powder
1 banana
Preparation:
Cook oat flakes and water in a small pot for about a minute or two, stirring often until it becomes thick and bubbly. Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
Add the boiled oat flakes, milk, flaxseed, pumpkin seed, and maca in a blender. Blend on high until very smooth. Serve with pomegranate, cranberry dried, and chia seed. Enjoy!
