My super powerful protein-filled smoothie bowl.
Ingredients:
1 banana ?
1 frozen peach ?
1 frozen pear ?
1/2 cup of almost milk
2 tbsp. of sunflower seeds
10 raw apricot kernels
Method:
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Serve in a bowl with blackberries, raspberries, walnuts, and chia seeds. Enjoy!
