Ingredients:
3 medium beets (halves or chopped)
A handful of ginger
4 cups of water
Preparation:
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth, strain, drink and enjoy.
As of yet, I do not own a juicer, so this is also super easy and quick to make.
