Starting my morning with a delicious, filling, and yet healthy breakfast. My favorite carob smoothie.
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
2 pears
1 cup of almond milk
2 tbsp. of flaxseed
1 tbsp. of pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp. of sunflower seeds
1 tbsp. of chia seeds
2 tbsp. of Carob powder
Optional: pomegranate
Optional: maca powder
Method:
Add banana, pears, flaxseed, pumpkin seeds, and milk to blender and blend until smooth. Pour half in a bowl or jar and add carob powder to the remainder, blend, and add to bowl or jar topped with banana, chia seeds, and sunflower seeds. Enjoy!
