My version of Chia Beet Parfait! I’ve been inspired by a few people lately, so I finally decided to make and try one and it was delicious.
Before I continue, I want to thank you all for going through this journey- healthy lifestyle journey with me. Since I’ve become aware of my nutrition these things have happened:
- I discovered my passion for cooking and create healthy meal
- My terrible digestion is getting better
- My skin cleared up and glowing
- My hair is healthier and growing
- I am boasting with energy
- I listen to myself and my body and give it exactly what it asks for
- I’m no longer moody for no apparent reason
I can go on and on, but I’ll save the rest for another post.
Ingredients:
Chia seeds
Beets juice
2 bananas
Frozen mixed fresh fruits (honeydew, pineapple, and mango)
Frozen Aronia Berries (chokeberries)
Method:
1st layer – overnight Chia with beets juice
2nd layer – 2 bananas (blended until smooth and creamy)
3rd layer – A handful of frozen mix berries (blackberry, raspberry, and red currants – blended slightly)
4th later – A handful of frozen mix fruits (honeydew, pineapple, and mango – well blended)
Topped with frozen Aronia Berries (Chokeberries)
