By now, you should know that I love mixing my pasta with vegetable and I can eat it, so comfortably, for breakfast or lunch, even dinner. This simple spaghetti for was exactly what I needed for a quick lunch. It was delicious, filling, and simple.
Ingredients:
3 red bell peppers
2 onions
9 garlic cloves
1 cup of cauliflower rice
1 tbsp. of turmeric
1 tbsp. of Himalayan vegetable spice
1 tbsp. of smoked paprika
1 tsp. of H. pink salt
Preparation:
Wash and finely chop bell peppers
Peel and slice onions and garlic cloves
Use a blender to blend cauliflower into rice
Method:
Warm up a large skillet on medium heat then add oil
Add garlic, onion, turmeric, H. spice and mix
Add cauliflower, pepper, mix and taste then cover for 30 ā 40 minutes
Add water to a small/medium pot and bring to a boil, then add salt and a tsp. of olive oil and spaghetti. Boil spaghetti until soften. Add spaghetti to skillet, mix and cover for 5 minutes
Serve warm and enjoy!
