Ingredients:
1/2 pineapple ?
1 super ripped banana ?
2 frozen peaches ?
1 green apple ?
1 cup of homemade coconut milk
1 cup of broccoli
1tsp of spirulina
1 tbsp. of sunflower seeds
10 raw apricot kernels
1tsp of peanut ?
Method:
Blend apple, broccoli, spirulina and 1/2 cup of milk until smooth. Then rinse blender and blend the rest of the ingredients until smooth. Serve in a bowl with blackberries, walnuts, and chia seeds. Enjoy!
