Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1 pear
2 tbsp. of chia seeds
2 tbsp. of pumpkin seeds
A handful of walnuts
1 tbsp. of maca powder
A splash of water
Method:
Add banana, pear, maca, and water to blender and blend until smooth. Add chia seeds and sunflower seeds to smoothie, mix well, and pour in a jar and serve with walnuts. Enjoy!
