Starting my morning with a delicious, filling, and yet super healthy breakfast is a win win in my book. This is one of my favorite smoothies and I love the taste of mango, banana, and pomegranate mixed together. It just brings so much happiness to go on with my day.
Ingredients:
1 banana
1 mango
100 ml of organic oat
1 ½ cup of almond milk
2 tbsp. of flaxseed
10 apricot kernels
Method:
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Serve in a bowl with mango, pumpkin seeds, pomegranate, and sunflower seeds. Enjoy!
