A simple, yet so delicious mango OAT bowl. I love oats and I will mix it with any given fruits for different taste and flavor. Aside from banana oatmeal, mango oatmeal is my favorite breakfast bowl.
Ingredients:
Organic oats
1 mango (chopped)
Half banana
maple syrup
2 tbsp of chia seeds
2 tbsp of pumpkin seeds
1 tsp of flaxseed
Water
(I did not measure the oats, I just added what I felt was right at that moment)
Preparation:
Cook organic rolled oats with water in a small pot on stovetop for about 3 – 5 minutes, stirring often until it becomes thick. Remove from heat and chia seeds, flaxseed, mango and syrup. Serve in a bowl with banana and pumpkin seeds.
