There are so many health benefits when you drink/eat raw carrots. It provides Vitamin A and ample amounts of Vitamin C, D, E, & K, fibers and so much more. Orange is also a great source of Vitamin C. A taste combination I truly enjoy.
Ingredients:
1 orange
4 carrots
4 cups of water
Preparation:
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth, strain, drink and enjoy!
