Hello everyone! We are 3 months away from the new year, can you believe that?
Today’s breakfast is one of my favorite: overnight oat and chia seeds in almond milk. Topped with banana, apricot, dried cranberries, and maple syrup.
Today’s Breakfast Bowl:
CHIA OATMEAL BOWL.
Organic Oat with water on stovetop for 15 minutes. Mix with 1 smashed banana, half peach, and 3tbsp of chia seeds. Serve in a bowl with banana, peaches, dried raisins and tsp of maple syrup (optional). DELICIOUS ?
