My favorite smoothie PEAR & RASPBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE.
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
3 pears
A handful of raspberries
1 cup of homemade coconut milk
3 tbsp. of red maca powder
1 tbsp. of chia seeds
1 tbsp. of flaxseed
10 raw apricot kernels
Method:
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Serve in a bowl with banana, chia seeds, organic coconut chips, and raspberries. Enjoy!
