Ingredients:
2 cups of pears
1 cup of soya milk
2 tbsp. of roasted soya beans
5 bitter raw apricot kernels
Method:
Add all ingredients to blender, alternating between the ingredients. Serve in a bowl or in a glass with Walnuts, chia seeds, apricot, pumpkin seeds, flaxseed. Enjoy!
