Ingredients:
1 banana
2 pears
½ cup of almond milk
2 tbsp. of flaxseed
1 tbsp. of pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp. of sunflower seeds
1 tbsp. of chia seeds
Optional: pomegranate
Method:
Add banana, pears, flaxseed, and milk to blender and blend until smooth. Serve in a bowl/or jar with banana, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, and sunflower seeds. Enjoy!
