Ingredients:
½ cup of frozen pineapple ?
½ cup of mango
½ cup of honeydew ?
5 bitter raw apricot kernels
1 tbsp. of roasted soya beans
Method:
Add all ingredients to blender, alternating between the ingredients. Serve in a bowl or in a glass with chia, flaxseed, sunflower, pumpkin seeds, pineapple and honeydew. Enjoy!
