Ingredients:
2 bananas
1 pomegranate
10 apricot kernels
1 tbsp. of pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp. of flaxseed
1 tbsp. of sunflower seeds
50 ml of organic oat
1 cup of almond milk
Method:
Add 1 ½ banana, half pomegranate, apricot kernels, organic oat and milk to blender and blend until smooth. Serve in a bowl/or jar and topped with ½ sliced banana, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, pomegranate and sunflower seeds. Enjoy!
