My morning commute is as arduous as you can imagine. I work in lower Manhattan but reside up in the valley. So, you can only imagine what my morning commute to and from the city is like. One thing that keeps me going is my morning power smoothie or breakfast. My morning routine keeps me alive, happy, and focused and centered. Although my commute is hard 70% of the time, I would never pass it up for anything else in the universe. Why? Because I get to enjoy my smoothie along the way while reading, making life and business plan, enjoying the view, capturing nature, living my best moment.
This POWER NICESCREAM SMOOTHIE gives me all the energy I need for my morning commute to New York City and much more. It is a concoction of fruits and seeds and plantbased protein powder. I love started my morning with a simple, filling, yet so delicious smoothie. It is loaded with nutrients and “yumness”.
Recipe:
1 mango (frozen)
3 bananas (frozen)
1 cup of blackberries (frozen)
1 cup of blueberries (frozen)
1 tbsp of Ashwagandha powder
1 tbsp of Maca powder
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 cup of coconut water
Method:
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth
