If you’re into healthy eating, this is the perfect smoothie to start your day. RASPBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE is one my morning favorites. It takes less than 5 minutes to make this delicious, healthy smoothie.
Ingredients:
1 banana
1 pear
2 cups of raspberries
1 cup of water
2 tbsp. of organic BLACK MACA Powder
A handful of frozen mature coconut
1tbsp of chia seeds
Method:
Blend all ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour smoothie into a jar or a bow if preferred. Serve with coconut chips, banana. Enjoy!
