My all-time favorite.
Ingredients:
1 banana
2 pears
A handful of frozen coconut
1 tbsp. of sunflower seeds
1 tbsp. of flaxseed
1 cup of water
Method:
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve in a bowl with organic gluten free brownies, grapes, chia seeds, crunchy oats, coconut chips, pumpkin seeds, and sprinkle organic MACA powder over bowl. Enjoy!
