Have you ever added Beets to your morning oatmeal? well… I decided to do something different and added beet to my oatmeal. It was so delicious and I felt as if there were explosions in my mouth. I’m not sure what was going on with my taste bud. I started drooling all over and laughed at myself for jumping with happiness and great joy.
While I had my oatmeal (check below for recipe), I reflected on the beauty of the sunrise and the sounds of the birds chirping. I couldn’t help but wonder what if we start to live together peacefully and not fighting. What if everyone starts to stand up for animal rights. What if everyone turns to a plant-based lifestyle, aware of their health, their body and understand how a plant-based lifestyle cannot only be beneficial to their health, but the environment, the animals, and the community.
Eating your fruits and (beet, beet, beet) vegetables have a huge impact on your health, the animals, the environment.
I am a big believer in healthy eating. Give me my beet, carrot, mango, pineapple, and I am good. Fruits and veggies feed my soul and leave me full and purposeful. I’ve learned so much this year when it came to listening to my body, feeding my body, and being in tuned with my soul.
