Ingredients:
1 cup of coconut water
1 mango (fresh)
2 pears (frozen)
2 cups of kale
2 tsp of spirulina powder
1 tsp of Ashwagandha powder
2 tsp of chia seeds
1 tsp of pumpkin seeds
2 tsp of sunflower seeds
1 tsp of flaxseed
Method:
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth
